ASSISTANT GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Basic skills in video editing or design, a willingness to learn, and a positive, can-do attitude. You will be trained and guided by experienced professionals for marketing videos, social media designs, and short-form content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Record short videos using a mobile phone or basic camera setup (interviews, training videos, promotional videos reels, etc.).
Edit basic video content for social media, YouTube, and internal use.
Design simple graphics for digital platforms (e.g., posts, thumbnails, banners).
Support the team in creating visual content for marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
Learn and grow by participating in creative brainstorming and team discussions.
Stay curious and open to feedback and new ideas.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic knowledge of any design tool (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Basic experience with any video editing app/software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, InShot).
Comfortable with mobile video shooting (tripod, ring light, or hand-held).
Good sense of creativity and visual storytelling.
