FINANCE COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator with an MBA in Finance to support the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be innovative, analytical, and proactive, playing a key role in ensuring financial efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes with timely and accurate data.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational goals.
  • Innovate and improve financial systems, reporting tools, and workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare internal reports.
  • Identify areas for automation or digital transformation within the finance function.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in accordance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • MBA in Finance or a related field (mandatory).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A mindset for innovation, continuous improvement, and embracing new technologies.
