Front Desk Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

YATICORP is looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Manager to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members.
You’ll oversee reception operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient front-office experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, well-organized, and confident in managing both communication and coordination tasks.

Location: Mangalore (Headquarters + Appointed Region)
Job Type: Full-Time(A 6-month internship stipend will be provided.)
Experience: Freshers (Immediate joiners preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Salary: ₹ 1.8- 2.5 LPA .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism.

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and appointments efficiently.

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth workflows.

  • Maintain visitor logs, schedules, and meeting room coordination.

  • Support administrative and facility-related tasks as needed.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and updates.

  • Uphold YATICORP’s standards of hospitality and workplace conduct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management tools.
  • Presentable, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities with discretion and reliability.
  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred.
