YATICORP is looking for an energetic and communicative Business Development & Public Relations Associate to help strengthen our presence in the market.
You’ll be the face of YATICORP — connecting with people, reaching out to businesses, and driving growth through partnerships and outreach.

This role suits someone who loves interacting with the public, enjoys corporate communication, and can manage teams effectively to support YATICORP’s mission of innovation and digital transformation.

Location: Mangalore (Headquarters + Appointed Region)
Job Type: Full-Time(A 6-month internship stipend will be provided.)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced (Immediate joiners preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication (or related field).
Salary: ₹2.5- 3.5 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out and engage with the general public and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships and partnerships.
Coordinate with businesses to explore new collaboration opportunities.
Lead and motivate teams involved in outreach and expansion.
Represent YATICORP in meetings, events, and public interactions.
Share feedback and ideas to improve business communication and growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication (or related field).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in public speaking and corporate discussions.
Team management and coordination abilities.
Experience in B2B or business development preferred.
Positive, proactive, and people-first attitude.
