TECH COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Tech Coordinator with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Engineering to lead and support our tech-driven initiatives. This role requires an innovative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate technical teams and projects effectively. You will play a key role in driving AI applications, fostering creativity, and bridging the gap between ideas and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and manage AI-related technical projects from ideation to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, researchers, product managers) to innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI, ML, and Data Science, and recommend their application to solve real-world problems.
Mentor and guide junior team members and interns in technical areas.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and documentation.
Evaluate and select appropriate tools, platforms, and frameworks for AI development.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions, innovation workshops, and tech demos.
Assist in writing technical proposals and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science).
Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
Proven track record of innovative projects, hackathons, or research contributions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team to deliver timely results.

PREFERRED SKILLS (Bonus)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of AI models in production.
Participation in open-source or community-driven AI projects.
Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing innovative work.
